American R&B artiste, Trey Songz, is undoubtedly one of the most accomplished R&B superstars of our time. He has won both a Grammy and Soul Train Music Award for Best R&B/Soul Male Artist, among garnering countless accolades. His debut album, I Gotta Make It (2005) was a solid endorsement for Trey in the world music stage with its lead single I Gotta Make It making rounds on international radio. His third album Ready (2009) had the smash hit Say Aah that peaked at No. 9 on the “Billboard Hot 100”, making it Trey’s first top 10 hit. From there, it has always been the rise and rise of Trey Songz. Today he is among the most respected R&B singers. The singer and songwriter also doubles up as a producer and an actor.
Trey has six albums and over six successful international world tours under his belt. Most of his songs evoke emotion, with topics varied from praising ladies, club culture and the highs and lows of love and relationships.
